Catching centipedes is a task that requires caution and precision. First, you need to prepare the right tools, such as gloves, a jar, and a stick. Wearing gloves is essential to protect your hands from their venomous bite.

When you spot a centipede, use the stick to gently nudge it into the jar. Be patient, as they are fast and can quickly escape. Once you have caught enough, it’s time to clean them. Rinse the centipedes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt. After cleaning, boil them briefly to soften their exoskeleton.

Next, prepare a pan with hot oil. Carefully place the boiled centipedes into the pan, frying them until they turn golden brown and crispy. The sizzling sound and rich aroma will fill the kitchen.

Once they are crispy, remove them from the pan and drain the excess oil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper for extra flavor. Finally, the crispy fried centipedes are ready to be enjoyed, offering a crunchy and unique snack for the adventurous eater.
